Ileana denies cat fight with Priyanka

Actress Ileana rubbished recent reports about her alleged 'cat fight' with Priyanka Chopra over the lengths of their roles in Anurag Basu's upcoming Hindi film Barfee. It was earlier said that Ileana insisted on 'extra' footage in the romantic comedy.

She was shocked with these baseless reports since the rumours cropped up even before she commenced shooting for the film. Although she has met Ranbir Kapoor once, she hasn't even met Priyanka," a source close to Ileana said.

The source added that if the role hadn't been challenging, the South superstar wouldn't have signed the B-town film in the first place. Director Anurag Basu etched out prominent and significant roles for both Priyanka and Ileana, so there is no room for silly cat fights, the source further said. Apparently, Priyanka and Ileana had problems with their roles from the very beginning. While Priyanka plays the role of a mentally challenged girl, Ileana portrays the romantic lead. Buzz has it that the Barfee team is frantically trying to appease the two warring ladies.
