Shahrukh's Don 2 breaks Bodyguard, Ra.One records in US Box Office

Shahrukh Khan's Don 2 has stunned all with the miraculous and shocking response that it received in North America. The movie has grossed a stunning $3.3 million through January 2 surpassing $2.5 million of SRK?s Ra.One and also grossed more than Salman Khan?s 2011 hits Bodyguard and Ready ? combined.

The movie has also set a new standard record for the all-time biggest opening week for a Bollywood movie in North America collecting $2.64 million beating the $2.55 million that Shah Rukh?s My Name is Khan earned in its first seven days in February 2010.

The Shahrukh-Priyanka starrer action thriller was released in 3,105 screens in India, also had a wonderful beginning in the domestic Box Office. According to koimoi.com, Don 2 made Rs 19.16 crore over its second weekend taking its two week total to Rs 94.48 crore (all-India net collections).

Juhi Chawla upset with Shahrukh Khan?

Juhi Chawla recently said in an interview that though she along with her husband Jai Mehta and Shahrukh Khan had started the production company Dreamz Unlimited, it didn't work out as Shahrukh had other plans. She also said that though she would like to act with Shahrukh, he is working with younger heroines.

In a recent interview with Times of India, Juhi Chawla spoke about the ambitious project that she along with her husband Jai Mehta and Shahrukh Khan had started. Juhi said that Shahrukh had other plans in his mind and hence launched his own production company.

When asked if she would like to be cast opposite Aamir Khan and Shahrukh Khan, Juhi Chawla said that she doesn't meet Shahrukh and Aamir very often. The actress also added that she is older now and SRK and Aamir are working with younger heroines.

It should be mentioned here that Shahrukh Khan and Juhi Chawla were once very good friends. Juhi was earlier upset that Shahrukh never came to visit her brother and his business partner Bobby Chawla even after being hospitalised for months.

Though Juhi Chawla did not at any point in the interview say that she was offended or upset with Shahrukh, it does seem like Juhi is extremely hurt by Shahrukh Khan's indifference.
