Aishwarya's French honor. ** Updated: Added video**

She's been laying low but news of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan being honored by the French govt has been in the news for the past couple of days. Word is ARB will be made Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters, by the Ambassador of France in New Delhi, Jerome Bonnafont. She's been offered this honor before but declined citing her father's ill health.

ARB and Abhishek peeped out of their hole and were spotted in Delhi at the French event in honor of Bastille Day where the honor was to be bestowed. News is, however, that ARB asked the organizers to postpone the honor in wake of the recent Mumbai bomb blasts. Honorable, indeed. Pics (and video) from the event follow:
