Cabinet Reshuffle Ministers List of July 2011 by Manmohan Singh - Jairam Ramesh, the minister of state (Independent Charge) of the Ministry of Environment and Forests has been moved to Ministry of Rural Development. Dinesh Trivedi, who was in the Railways Ministry still stands in his position.

- Vilasrao Deshmukh moved from the Ministry of Rural Development
- Ministry of Panchayati Raj moved from Ministry Science and Technology and Earth Sciences.
- M Veerappa Moily (Minister of Law and Justice) is now the Corporate Affairs Minister
- Anand Sharma will be taking up the Textiles portfolio along with Commerce and Industry.
- Pawan Kumar Bansal has been relieved of the Ministry of Science and Technology and Ministry of Earth Sciences and will look after Parliamentary Affairs along with the additional charge of Water Resources.
- Salman Khursheed - Law and Justice with Minority Affairs with an eye on Uttar Pradesh Assembly Elections.

- V Narayanasamy (Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions; and Prime Minister's Office)
- Harish Rawat (Agriculture and Food Processing Industries; and Parliamentary Affairs)

Dayanidhi Maran, who was the textiles minister resigned following the allegations that he arm-twisted Aircel owner C Sivasankarn to sell his 74 per cent stake to Maxis group of Malaysia.
Man Mohan Singh also included 4 ministers :
- Srikant Jena - Ministry of Statistics and Programme along with Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilisers Jayanthi Natarajan replaces Ramesh as Minister of State (Independent Charge) of the Ministry of Environment and Forests
