Jhoom Barabar Jhoom - NRI lovestory

The film Jhoom barabar jhoom (JBJ) gets its name from the famous Aziz Naza qawwali , jhoom barabar jhoom sharabi of the 80's.Bunty aur Bubly director Shaad Alis second film looks crowdpuller. The film is targeted to the upper class and NRI audience.Shaad Ali Sahgal is the son of famous Muzaffar Ali and Suhasini Ali Sahgal.Muzaffar Ali is famous for Umrao Jaan.

Shaad Ali's film has good and catchy music. The story and plot is unusual, like kabhie alvida na kehna.Shaad is a good director and creates comic situation in the film. The film well promoted by yashraj films looks promising. The story goes like this as per yashrajfilms website:
Busy London station. Delayed train from Birmingham. Two strangers waiting for the train... Rikki Thukral (Abhishek Bachchan) born in Bhatinda, living in London; and Alvira Khan (Preity Zinta) more Brit than the Queen herself, however with Lahori blood in her veins.
