News : Aishwarya to start her own retail fashion venture

Having flaunted her gowns, dresses and saris at the grandest of events all over the world, the actress is now all set to launch her own exclusive apparel line.

Speaking about her plans, Ash confirmed the news, ?I have plans. I have a multiple connected idea and it?s something I will definitely get into. I?ve wanted to do this for a decade, but I had put my plans on a back burner, and now I better get my act together. I always want to give my hundred per cent and more to everything that I do. There was so much happening around me that I had kept it on hold,?

If buzz is to be believed, some of the bigger brands in Europe, and designers from Italy and New York have approached Ash to seal a partnership deed with her. However, Ash is keen on having her own solo enterprise.

Reason why Kats was so curious was that she had taken 40 days to dub for her role in Rajneeti. So was Jha trying to compare Deepy with her???

The latest we hear is, Karan Johar, is wooing Salman for his next production to be directed by Rensil D?Silva. Rensil is reported to have penned an action-thriller on the lines of ?Oceans Eleven? this time and he?s of the view that Salman Khan suits the role of the leading man best. Karan is on the same page.

KJO was recently in talks with Salman for an appearance on his show Koffee With Karan, but the talks fell through after Salman reportedly demanded a contribution for his charity Being Human in return for his appearance on the show.

News : Chitrangda, the baddie in Krrish 2

Chitrangda Singh, has been going through a through physical training for her role in the Krrish sequel, where she plays the female baddie.

She has been attending action and fight classes with expertsand was recently in Hong Kong and then China for the same. It was co-star Hrithik Roshan who suggested that she train for the fight sequences in the film.

A source reveals, ?It was a rigorous experience. She has never done an action film. Even though she?s physically fit, hanging down from a harness and doing martial arts is new to her.

Since her role is that of a mutant from outer space, her character will have a distinct edge. Taekwondo and kickboxing will be some of the fighting styles used.?

Says the actress, ?I?m back from my action workshop where I was getting trained by experts.I did a lot of training on ropes, harnesses and even did a little bit of kick boxing.?

In the film, she plays a glamorous mutant seductress.

Hot : Katrina?s French connection

Katrina Kaif is inspired by a French film so much that the actress had decided to turn producer and remake the film for Bollywood. Rumours of the actress casting her sister Isabel in the film were also afoot.
However, Kat herself broke her silence and later revealed that she wanted to buy the remake rights of the 2006 French movie Priceless.

And after months of going back and forth, the deal as of today, stands cancelled.

The people in question simply stopped reverting to the Bollywood actress. ?It was ridiculous. Katrina is an A-list actress in Bollywood. They should have dealt with the proceedings very tactfully,? revealed a source close to Kat.

Ash says, ?I have not promised anything like that. After I was crowned Miss World, I engaged in charity work and collected money for various hospitals and kids who needed health care.?

On corruption, speaks Ash, ?It feels good that the media is aggressive in exposing corruption. However, it is sad that the scams are happening in our country.?

Regarding politics, says the beauty queen, ?I am not considering entering into politics. It is every Indian?s duty to do something for the nation and it can be done via apolitical route too.?

About Bachchan?s criticism, Ash said, ?Silence is golden sometimes. We don?t need to react to everything that is being said in the media. However, if it becomes absolutely necessary, then we will react and people will listen to us at that time.?

What she feels about India?s position in the world, Ash said, ?Our country is raging ahead of all.?

Her expectation from Indians ?I believe that everyone should dispense their duties at a personal level. Little contributions from everyone can make a big difference.?
