Amitabh enjoys the life with granddaughter!

What is keeping superstar Amitabh Bachchan busy these days? He seems to be spending time with his new-born granddaughter, and tells that looking at her sleeping calmly makes his heart fill with joy.

"She sleeps through most of the day except for feeds and has been most obedient and well behaved! Ha ha ha," Amitabh wrote on his blog.

"The moments spent with her even though one encounters shut eyes, are the most pleasant and fulfilling, but what after. I think there is an indication here to take up vocations that one has always wanted to pursue - that music lesson, language ... reading to catch up...and on," he wrote.

The 69-year-old also thanked his fans for showering their love and suggestion for her 'naam karan' (naming ceremony).

"To all those that have sent and continue to send names for the 'little one', gracious gracious thanks ... we will select soon," he wrote on the micro-blogging site.

Aishwarya Rai gave birth to her and husband Abhishek Bachchan's first child Nov 16.

Aamir Khan says he does not have a tainted past

Aamir Khan, who was recently appointed as the national brand ambassador for UNICEF to promote child nutrition was recently asked how he could promote nutrition since he had once endorsed a soft drink brand that causes malnutrition among children.

Aamir Khan's appointment as the national brand ambassador for UNICEF to promote child nutrition hasn't gone down well with many. When Aamir was in New Delhi on Wednesday to promote child nutrition, he was asked how he could promote nutrition because of his ?tainted past.?

Aamir Khan replied, ?I don?t have a tainted past. I haven?t done any work till date that would hurt anyone? at least not deliberately. But, if anyone still got hurt then I?d just say sorry to them from the bottom of my heart.?

Aamir added, ?I did Taare Zameen Par because these things (issues) touch me emotionally. It took me two years for this one and that wasn?t just for the sake of it. These things are not a burden on me. It is a responsibility and I want to reach out to more people.?
