HRITHIK ROSHAN

Hrithik Roshan?s fabulous upper torso, broad and well-built muscles, super-chiselled abs and sharp biceps form a part of every man?s dream body. For Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, he sported a fit body while essaying the mrole of an office-going businessman; but for his forthcoming film, Agneepath,
the actor?s task was to build a muscular body with more sharpness.

?The difference between his earlier exercise routine and now is that he does a lot of super sets and strip sets now. The task was to build a particular area, say the arm muscles, in a lesser amount of time, as compared to regular exercises,? says his trainer Satyajit Chaurasia, who has been training the actor for nine years now.

Sharper look
Chaurasia reveals how Hrithik developed a more muscular and sharper look for Agneepath. He says, ?The workout routine was similar to his earlier schedules but we did them quicker.? According to Chaurasia, super sets and strip sets mean that you start a particular exercise with 20 reps and go on to 15 reps for the second set and to 10 reps for the third.

Commitment is the key
To achieve this, Hrithik changed some exercises, as they were not suitable for his current injuries. Chaurasia adds, ?His weak body parts and muscles responded very well to the variations. We worked on giving the body parts a better proportion by increasing them in size, muscularity and sharpness.
Commitment is Hrithik?s key to fitness.?

Daily Diet
Includes 40 per cent protein intake. Fat intake is the same as we are working on size and leanness.

Breakfast
12 egg whites, 2 loafs of brown bread, a protein shake, nuts, corn flakes with milk, fruit platter.

Lunch
Two roti, green vegetables, 1 whole chicken (during the day), dal, caesar salad, fish platter

Snack
Protein shake, egg white sandwich or fruit plate

Dinner
6-8 egg whites, brown bread, 1/2 chicken or fish with stir-fried vegetables Caesar salad during workout, 1 banana.

Things to remember
Completely cut down on oil. No more than 2 teaspoons of oil in a day.
Cut down on sodium and absolutely no sugar.
Don?t fill the stomach more than 70 per cent
4-6 glasses of water
Eat only 45 minutes after the workout.
Sleep for one hour post meal.

No, it?s not possible to maintain a six pack.
Only when you are working out at 100 per cent for a concentrated period of time can you can maintain it. Otherwise, over time, there?s a 10-20 per cent
water retention which affects the sharpness. Having said that, it is definitely easy to get rid of fat and water retention in a few days and regain the six-pack.

Generic Exercise Schedule Hrithik Is following:

Arms (Monday)
* Biceps and Triceps Dumbell 21 (for power and sharpness of bicep muscle)
* Tricep pulley push down (for tricep muscles)
* Barbell curl (for entire size and strength of arms) Line tricep extension (Difficult, yet famous exercise. Good for size and strength)
* Concentration curls (for bicep peak and roundness of muscle)
* Overhead tricep muscles (for sharpness of tricep muscles)
* Hammer dumbbell curl (for outer biceps and upper forearm)
* Tricep kick back (to be done with light weight; for sharpness of triceps)
* Reverse curl (for outer forearm area, strengthens the wrist and gives good power hold in your fist)
* Wrist curl (for inner forearm)

Chest (Tuesday)
* Plain Bench Press (for complete chest)
* Dumbbell fly (for outer pectoral muscles)
* Incline Dumbbell press (for upper chest).
* Cross pulley (for inner definition/ size and hardness of chest muscle)
* Decline flies (for lower chest)
* Pullovers (expands rib cage and gives good posture)

Back (Tuesday)
* Chin-ups (This exercise takes more strength. Best workout for the back. Gives good power and sharpness for size)
* Dumbbell rowing (for lower leg and back ? strengths lower lads muscles)
* Rowing pulley (Different variation of back exercise, gives stability in the spine and again works for entire back)

Shoulders(Wednesday)
* Side lateral (for front and middle deltoids//shoulder muscles)
* Front raises (for front deltoid)
* Tea cups (for front shoulder muscles)
* Dumbbell press (for entire shoulders)
* Shrugs (for trapeze muscles near the neck)

Legs(Thursday)
* Leg extension (For entire legs, the quadriceps i.e. front muscles of the leg)
* Free squats (most conventional exercise, gives power and size to leg)
* Lunges (helps give shape to the butt; Walking lunges helps lose lots of calories; takes care of lower body fitness)
* Leg curls (for hamstrings i.e. backside muscles of leg)
* Good morning (Hrithik?s favourite exercise for lower back)
* Hyper Extension (for strengthening lower back)
* Calf Exercise (for calf muscles which is the most stubborn muscle to grow)

Ranbir Kapoor admits cheating in a relationship


























He stays away from commenting on the matters of heart. But for the first time Ranbir Kapoor admits he has cheated in a relationship. His on-off dalliances with a host of beauties have caused enough trouble for him.

Once a friend of his, who is also a popular actor, said on a chat show that he wishes to gift Ranbir Kapoor a ?Ways to be Faithful? book. Now the proverbial Casanova of Bollywood dares to wear his attitude on his sleeve and talks to the film magazine Stardust. In his frank talk, Ranbir confesses to cheating on his partner (who is she?) and denies dating Angela Jonnson, Nargis Fakhri and recently Prerna Goel - the three women with whom he has been linked.

While talking to the magazine, Ranbir also has something to say on Deepika Padukone?s famous ?condom? comment made on a chat show. He says: ?the next time someone gifts me condoms, I will say thank you for making me aware of safe sex.?

And what he has to say about Sonam Kapoor, who believes he is not sexy? ?If Sonam says I am not sexy. She really means it. She is not saying for the effect. If someone feels I am not sexy, my parents should feel sad, not me,? says Ranbir Kapoor.

Deepika Padukone-Ranbir Kapoor romance again



















Earlier reports said that the movie Paiyaa directed by Lingusamy would remade in Hindi with Surya in the lead role.The Tamil version of Paiyaa was starred by Surya's brother Karthi and Tamannaah.

Paiyaa is an urban love story that depicts some interesting happenings in the lives of a pair of lovers. The movie was shot in Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Mumbai.

But latest reports suggest that the director is likely to cast ex-flames Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone. However, the director is currently busy with his multi-starrer Vettai which is almost complete. After the release of Vettai, Lingusamy will make an official announcement regarding his new project.

Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra, who has got more than fourteen lakh followers on Twitter, has become most popular face on the microblogging site after beating master blaster Sachin Tendulkar and Amitabh Bachchan.

Chopra, 29, follows 114 people on Twitter whereas Tendulkar is second with 1, 411, 593 followers.

Bachchan bagged the third position with 1, 258, 371 followers beating Shah Rukh Khan (1, 193, 140 followers) and Salman Khan (1, 081,282 followers).

Abhishek Bachchan Fractures Finger






















It is really the season of injuries for the Bollywood industry. One by one, regardless of age, Bollywood heroes are falling prey to injuries and various health concerns.

The latest addition of the list of injured personalities is Abhishek Bachchan ? actually, Abhishek is no stranger to the list, he was already on it when he suffered an injury a few days before his father Amitabh also had a minor accident on the set of the movie he was doing.

Abhishek received six stitches above his right eye earlier this month after an accident on a movie set. His latest injury is a fractured let finger, which he injured after his shooting for the same film.
??I fractured my finger. It?s what I would like to call a sympathy wound,? Abhishek posted on Twitter.

The first time Abhishek got injured was on the sets of Bol Bachchan in Jaipur and his latest injury happened when he was returning to his hotel room after the shooting.

Abhishek?s father, megastar Amitabh Bachchan, who also suffered a hairline rib fracture on the sets of Department, tweeted: ?My hairline fracture on rib has a companion ? Mr Abhishek Bachchan. He has had a hairline fracture on his finger on shoot in Jaipur for Bol Bachchan.?
