Akshay Kumar is the most powerful Bollywood star

In recent times, polls have shown that the three Khans - Shahrukh, Salman and Aamir are the most powerful people in Bollywood. But actor Akshay Kumar says that he is the most powerful person in tinsen town. And Akki has a reason for calling himself the No. 1 star in B-Town.

In an interview with the Times of India, Akshay Kumar was asked to name the most powerful person in Bollywood and he quoted his name for the title. On being questioned why, Akki said, ?If the tax-paying figure defines the magnitude of power, then probably, I am the most powerful person in Bollywood.?

However, recent reports suggest that Akshay Kumar?s name has regularly been featured on the top in the highest tax-payers list of Bollywood celebs. According to reports, the Bollywood actor earns more than Rs. 100 crores per year and he pays a minimum of advance tax of Rs. 31 crores.
