Jibber-jabber: Khan-ceptions!

Mr. Masand's other two items for this week seemingly held more interest than this blind item. First, he writes about how things are still not well in the Khan household. Ah, but which one? You know, the one where the two younger brothers have been branded for life to uphold the respect of their eldest brother, even if it means whoring out themselves and their own respective families to do it...? Yes, that one! Tension was at an all time high when enabler # 3, Sohail Khan ran into the wife he really wanted his sister-in-law, Malaika Arora Khan, who is of course still miraculously married to enabler # 2, Arbaaz. They tried there best to completely ignore each other during the function, but at the end when both were waiting for their rides, they had to acknowledge each other. Sohail bobbed his crotch head in recognition, and Maliaka flashed her tw*t to reciprocate. Moreover, Rajeev writes that the usual cackle of housewives have been muttering about how the rest of the Khan family (Pot) treat Malaika (Kettle) with a resounding indifference, even though she's been in their family for more than a decade now. Seems like the orders to "tolerate" Malaika but show her no love comes from the one and only, Sallu miyan.

Masand's second item was also a Khan-related item, but this time it's about their Yash Raj pissing contest.  Apparently Freud's ideal clients, the 3 Khans, are using Yash Raj Films as a catalyst for their "Who's got the bigger......... paycheck?" game. Self-circulated rumors suggest Salman Khan is getting a Rs. 40 crore paycheck for his upcoming Ek Tha Tiger, plus a share of the film's profits....if any. ;-) Not to be outdone, the shameless Aamir Khan is going for the gold and asking YRF for a whopping 60% of Dhoom 3's net profits. Still more shameless, SRK has asked his close pal Aditya Chopra to be paid exactly one crore more than whatever Aamir's final cut turns out to be, for his upcoming YRF film. Usually not a stickler for pay when it comes to his YRF family, SRK seems to be putting his foot down on this one, given YRF's red carpet treatment to the other two bozos!

Turns out the race to bag Rohit Shetty's next film opposite SRK was turning out to be in Katrina Kaif's favor, until the very last minute! Even SRK, sources told a Mumbai tab, was pitching Katrina to Shetty, instead of Kareena. Not a total surprise really, since several news stories claimed he was miffed with Kareena for screwing up the whole movie rushing through several scenes in Ra.One due to her being spread so thin over various film projects.  But Kareena's ass kissing friendship with Rohit Shetty prevailed and she bagged the role after all.
