Well if y'all haven't been turned off by the title itself, let me continue...
Out of all the actors from his generation, I feel bad for Govinda and his subsequent unanimous dismissal from the industry. They tossed him aside like a bad 80's sequined prom dress which only gets taken out of the closet every now and then to elicit giggles and sympathy. Then Govinda goes and does or says something totally batsh*t crazy and then I remember why Mr. Potato Head would be better off in a secure observed facility with padded walls rather than in front of a camera.
But bless his heart, Psycho-disco-alpha-beta still tries and tries again! Now we hear he's ready to revive his production company. Together, Govinda and his brother, Kriti Kumar as director, are set to make a movie. Govinda will produce, write, and act in the already ill-fated project. Seriously Dude, why even go there?
He's so serious about his upcoming production project, Govinda wants to lose at least 8kgs before the film
never makes it hits the floors! No word yet on who else will
have to be bribed to act in the film.
Keeping with the Govinda theme, his equally unlucky daughter, Narmada, finally may have her chance at filmy stardom. Ever since boxer Vijender Singh dilly-dallyed with committing dates to his debut film with Narmada, director Lovely Singh has brought a new male lead on board.
Vinod Khanna's nephew, Akhil Kapoor, will be seen opposite Govinda's daughter in the film, which has been re-titled as well.
Tutak Tootak Tutiyan, will hit the floors this December. Fingers crossed! ;-)
